What we collect

At this stage, we are a pre-launch platform. We collect only what is necessary:

• Your email address, submitted through our waitlist or partner forms
• Your name, if you choose to provide it
• Any additional information you voluntarily share through our forms

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tools on this site. We do not collect payment information at this stage.

Why we collect it

We use your information only for the following purposes:

• To notify you when Rejoice launches or when early access becomes available
• To respond to partnership or content enquiries you have submitted
• To send occasional updates about the platform's development, where you have opted in

We will never sell your data. We will never use it for advertising unrelated to Rejoice.

How we store it

Our forms are powered by Tally.so, a third-party form service. Data submitted through our forms is stored on Tally's servers. You can review Tally's privacy policy at tally.so/privacy.

We access this data through Tally's secure dashboard. We do not transfer your data to any other third party without your consent, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. If Rejoice does not launch, or if you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

• Access — the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — the right to have inaccurate data corrected
• Deletion — the right to have your data removed
• Portability — the right to receive your data in a common format
• Objection — the right to object to how we use your data

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for collecting your data is your consent, given when you submit our forms. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
